My Kenmore Ice Maker, Model #10689489995, has stopped making ice. Cycle starts, water runs over cooling plate, after 2-mins water stops running over cooling plate, then cycle begins again. Compressor doesn't seem to start and the coil fan doesn't come on. Control Board, Thermistor, Overload Protector, and Start Device have been replaced. Any ideas? Kenny G
