Looking at the information I'm showing this could be cause by one of two things. Could be PcB assembly or Ice control Thermister. If its not one it could be both. The part numbers for these two parts are, PcB 2304016, or the Thermister W10683580.  Hope this information has help you. Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I will be more then happy to assist you. Looking at the information you have gave to me. The part that may have the issue sounds like the switch assembly. Its key# 3 on the diagram, That would be the part to send the signal to the COntrol board. And we know that it still makes ice so the control board is just fine. Part number on that switch assembly is 2185948. Hope this information has help you. I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with the ice maker. It sounds like the ice maker may not be freezing properly. This could be due to the coils being dirty, the drain line being clogged or blocked, or the drain cap is not on all the way. If the coils are dirty, you will need to clean them. This will require a coil brush to remove any buildup. The instructions are locate in the owner's manual. If the drain line is clogged, the ice maker can not cycle. This means that it won't freeze if there is any water there. If the drain cap is loose, then the water drains out before the ice can be made. I recommend you begin with these tips first. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
