Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the icemaker stops working. The icemaker does not need to be removed to check the test terminals. I'm attaching a picture of the acceler ice feature showing the clips to release it. Now, be sure to disconnect the power first. With the cover off, you will see the test terminals. Now reconnect the power. The terminals will be marked (see picture) and using a well insulated jumper, place it between the L - V terminals. Be careful this is a hot (live) check. With the jumper in place, water should flow to the icemaker. If water does flow, the icemaker # 4317943 will need to be replaced. If no water flows but you can hear a humming noise, the water valve # 2188808 will need to be replaced. If nothing at all happens, some voltage checks will need to be made.
