We have checked all fans, all air intakes, have defrosted the freezer and left it unplugged and plugged back in and it still not keeping cool.

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the fridge. I see you have checked to make sure the fans are running and it's not frosted over. This would lead to an air flow problem. It could be a problem with the air diffuser, the control board or the sensor. I'm attaching the diagnostic information below that may help determine the problem. In step 5 if the damper opens, it will indicate the diffuser is probably ok and the most likely problem will be with the control board # 2304146. It could still be a sensor but it's not as likely. However, in this case to determine for sure the sensor would need to be checked, which will usually require a technician to make this type of check. If the damper does not open, the air baffle # 2315515 will probably need to be replaced. I hope this will help you.
