Ice-maker Quit Running 4317943 Kenmore Icemaker

Q:

Water to ice maker is flowing out the discharge hose at bottom of fridge. 10674252402 Kenmore Top mount

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your refrigerator and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 10674252402 and the tray may have water from the defrost cycle. The water line for the ice maker is not routed to the drain pan. If you have water coming the ice maker into the drain pan this would indicate that you have a leak and will need to determine where it is leaking from. Here is a link that may help with additional troubleshooting. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page. I trust this information will help you.

Q:

ice maker shut off arm 106.74252402

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct.com. I will be happy to help with your refrigerator. Upon researching model 10674252402, the shut off arm goes into the icemaker itself. Being that it doesn’t want to activate automatically the icemaker could have to be replaced as a complete unit.
