Thank you for your question. I know it can be frustrating when the refrigerator stops cooling. If you can only feel air flow from the diffuser when the freezer door is open, it indicates the return air vents are frozen. To clear the vents, the unit will need to be turned off for 24 hours. Now, I see you did turn it off and if it was off for 24 hours and there is still no air flow, the freezer floor may need to be taken out to check the vents. I'm attaching some pictures with instructions to remove the floor and also a picture showing the air flow movement. Be sure to disconnect the power before taking the floor out.
