Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your refrigerator is not working properly.

I recommend going throught the defrost diagnostics to see if you need to replace the electronic control board.

If that does not work, then you may need a service techcnician to diagnose the unit.

If you dont have any water or ice in the mold of the icemaker try these instructions. If the icemaker is full of ice and not dumping any, replace the icemaker.

Remove the ice bin from the freezer and look good at the icemaker fill tube above and behind your icemaker. If it is frozen up the water cant reach the icemaker. You can defrost the fill tube with a hair dryer.

If the fill tube is not frozen shut, you need to test the water valve. Make a jumper wire from insulated wire and strip 1/2 inch insulation on each end. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator, remove the front cover of the icemaker and insert the jumper wire in terminals L and V on the front of the icemaker body. Connect power to the refrigerator and listen for the water valve to hum and water should run into the icemaker. If no water runs into the icemaker, replace the water valve.
