Question and Answers

Q:

Kenmore 10671209100 10671209100

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
I pulled up the refrigerator model and went through the diagrams, but I just couldn't determine which diagram you were referring to as there are multiple 13's and 22's on the various diagrams. I didn't see a diagram that had a similar 13 or 22, such as color difference or side specific.
If you would like to reply back with some additional details such as which diagram you are looking at or what the symptoms are, I would be happy to help.
Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

When an appliance goes out I usually see money going out the window, either in repair cost, or replacement. Managemylife.com can take the mystery out of the repair. Your expert can help you determine if you should consider replacing or repairing an appliance. I did some research for you at this web page and found an expert answer to a similar question which may shed some light on the problem. Sometimes a technician is less expensive than replacing parts and hoping it will resolve the issue. If you decide to schedule service, and have a qualified technician to assist you, I have attached the link to searshomeservices.com. I hope this will be useful until your expert can respond.

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the long run times and warm cabinet. Both of these issues are normal. These fridges will run longer but use less electricity then your old unit did. These compressors are smaller and very efficient. The sides of the freezer will get warm and sometimes may even get hot because of a hot gas line inside the cabinet. This is what helps keep moisture from developing on the cabinet. Unless it's not cooling, this unit is working normal. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
