If you are getting water dripping from the top of the refrigerator liner the drain might be stopped up in the freezer and the water is overflowing and running through the insulation to the refrigerator liner. If this is the case and you would like to repair it yourself follow these instructions.

Disconnect the power from the refrigerator and remove the food from the freezer. Remove the sliding freezer bottom.

If you have an icemaker, remove it. There are 2 screws above the ice mold of the icemaker, remove them. Pull the icemaker away from the side wall of the freezer and disconnect the wires. Remove the icemaker.

Remove the screws that hold the rear panel in the freezer and remove the panel. You now have access to the evaporator coil and the drain pan underneath it.

Defrost the ice from the evaporator drain pan with a hair dryer. Don't use a sharp object to remove any frost or ice from the evaporator coil. The evaporator coil is made of aluminum and is easily punctured.

When the drain pan is defrosted and water runs through it pour 1/2 cup very hot water through the drain to clean it.

The condensate drain pan in the compressor compartment might overflow during this operation. Put some towels in front of the refrigerator to catch any water.
