Ok, to check the drain, which is located behine the rear panel in the freezer section, Unplug the refrigerator and remove all the food from the freezer. You can store the food in a cooler using dry ice to keep the food frozen. There will be 2 to 4 screws holding the panel in place. Make sure there is no ice holding the panel to the rear of the refrigerator. After removing the panel you will see the evaporator coils and underneath will be the drain. Clean it out and pour a cup of hot water through the opening to make sure the hose is clear. assemble in the reverse process.
