Thank you Dezeray. Since we are renovating, we are not there daily. It may be difficult to schedule a visit when we are there, so perhaps I should get something scheduled.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. The information you have received from Dezeray is good. The drip (drain) pan is # 31 and is located under the compressor. The compressor mounts on top of this drain pan # 2263928, so it may be a little difficult to locate. This is a difficult drain pan to access and replace. Some refrigerant lines could be damaged, which would result in a very costly repair. I recommend having a technician make this repair. If water was leaking from the freezer door, there may also be a drain problem inside the freezer. To check this, everything in the freezer will need to be removed, so the back panel can be taken out. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
