Thank You for Submitting your question to ManageMyLife.com

There could be a couple different problems. Is you ice maker still making ice and dropping it into the bucket? If you not having an issue with ice production then it may be the dispenser itself. If the dispenser won't work at all I would suspect it's not getting any voltage to it. The interlock switch controls the voltage to it. Before checking this, disconnect power from the refrigerator. Now pop the switch out and with a well insulated jumper connect the 2 wires on the switch together. Reconnect the power and activate the dispenser. If it works now the switch will need to be replaced. This will be a hot check so if you don't feel comfortable attempting this I recommend calling a technician. If you need more assistance you can resubmit your check with more details.
