A:

Thank you for your question. Replacing some parts can be a little tricky sometimes. I suspect by pin plates that you are referring to the shelf supports. If this is the case, they will twist in and out. To remove the support, twist it counterclockwise and when replacing it, be sure to insert it all the way in and then twist it clockwise. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

Q:

Why do the trays keep falling?

A:

Most of the time the bin extension clips will take care of this problem. If the trays still fall there is a door dike #1115379 you can get from partselect.com . This is a long thin piece of foam that will strengthen the side of the inner panel to help keep it from flexing. You will need to remove the inner panel and there should already be a door dike on the hinge side. Install this one in the groove on the handle side. If there is one already there or if the problem still occurs after this part is installed then the inner panel will need to be replaced. If you need more assistance you can resubmit your question with more details.
