Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the icemaker stops working. If the ejector arm has moved down from the 3 o clock position and is not moving any further and there is no ice blocking it, this would indicate the icemaker has failed. If the ejector is in this position and is not moving and you don�t hear any type of sound, either the icemaker # 2198597 has failed or it lost the voltage to it, which would be vary unusual, once it has started into a cycle.
