Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the fridge. If there is no air flow at all to the fridge section, it could be a problem with the air diffuser, the control board or the sensor. This can be a difficult model to service, however, I'm attaching the diagnostic chart below that may help determine, what the problem is. If the thermistors check ok in the first 2 steps, it would lead to a problem with the air diffuser or the board. When you get to step 5 if the damper inside the diffuser opens and you feel air flow, the control board # 2321711 will need to be replaced. If there is still no air flow, the problem could be a broken (stuck) damper or the control board is still not working. In this case, I would recommend having a technician check and make this repair. I'm listing a site you can access, to schedule a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.

Thanks. I changed the damper and after install the motor opened the door. Unfortunately, this morning the temp in fridge was now to cold, 25 deg, and the door will not close. I bought a new thermistor and installed it this morning but just came back from work and door still open and fridge is still too cold. I only changed the thermistor in the fridge not the freezer. Could it be the thermistor in the freezer causing this or is it most likely the control board? Is the control board difficult to change? I am fairly handy.

Finally ran you diagnostic and also swapped out thermistors. Looks like thermistors all working, waste of money, and both diffuser doors stuck in the open position. Guess this means a bad control board? I tried to find control board location online but have been unsuccessful. Can you give me a location? Thanks again

Mike, from this latest information, it does appear the control board has failed. This board # 2321711 is located next to the compressor and can be difficult to replace. It's available at Kenmore refrigeration . I hope this helps you.
