Hi,

Thank you for your question. It is concerning when the refrigerator is not functioning correctly. With the freezer maintaining the correct set temperature and the fresh food warming up, I would suggest the air damper. Test this by opening the freezer door and let the compressor come on. Close the door and open the fresh food door and feel up at the top in the left hand corner. Is there air coming into the fresh food section? If not, there is a problem with the damper.
The air knob is hooked to the cam which operated the flapper in the damper. If there is no air into the fresh food section, knob, cam and lever needs to be checked. The damper flapper should be checked for opening and closing.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance please include more details in a reply to this post.
