Anna your advice concerns me. I would prefer that a Sears expert review my photos and not just copy and paste some unrelated link that does not apply to my situation.

Thank you for this question. It is concerning when the refrigerator door is not closing completely. I viewed the photos and if the door is closing flush at the top and not at the bottom. Does the door close with noise, like bad bearings? I will comment about a few things. I would take a straight edged ruler (a yardstick) and place along the bottom where the door seals all the way across, from side to side. The facing should be square and flush. This will tell it the cabinet is flush. Next, measure with door open from the cabinet face to the top door pin,. It should be right at 2 inches. And the same measurement for the bottom, again about 2 inches. If the measurements are equal, then the door is hanging correct. If this correct then the inner door liner may have warped and as it is a sealed unit, the door would need to be replaced. If the measurements are not equal the bottom bracket and the door closer upper cam would need to be replaced. I am giving you pictures of the measurements for reference. The pins are 2 in and the bottom corner is square and flush with the bracket mounted on it.

I am also linking you to a video about door cam replacement: Door Video .

I hope this information has been helpful.
Please refer back to this thread with any other questions you may have.

That article does not help me. As I mentioned my issue is at the BOTTOM of my doors and not the top.

Bill.. The owner's manual clearly shows how to fix HEIGHT alignment, which is NOT my issue as I have stated several time .. But thanks anyway. I need to know how to fix FLIUSHNESS, meaning when the refrigerator door is CLOSED, it sticks out closer to you by about an inch at the bottom of the door, compared to the freezer door. Almost as if something's not letting it close all the way but I checked and nothing is interfering with it. I would attach a photo but this website won't allow me to? The "Attach" button does not work.. Something with the website..
