I'm sorry to hear that your ice maker is not working. A power outage can be a very inconvenient event to happen. When something like this occurs the refrigerator will need 48 hours to reach it's full cool down. The ice maker will not work until this happens. If it has been longer than this, the first step is to turn off the ice maker for a few minutes, then turn it back on. Once you close the door the cycle should begin. It not, check the optic sensor light on the side of the freezer. When the door is open the light will blink. I have included an image of how to run diagnostic on the sensor, as well as an image of how to troubleshoot it. If none of these work, then the problem is the ice maker.
