I know it can be frustrating when the icemaker stops working. If the led is continuing to blink when the flapper door is closed, it indicates the optic boards are not working properly. If the optic boards do not function properly, the icemaker won't work. In this case, the optic boards # 4389102 will need to be replaced. The boards come as a kit and is available at SearsPartsDirect . I'm attaching pictures with instructions to remove the boards. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

Q:

I down loaded a service manual, but can't find it on my PC. where should I look? I have water running out of the icemaker, need to find and fix.

A:

The only way water can enter the icemaker is through the water valve. I recommend turning the water supply off & replacing the water valve part number W10159839 www.searspartsdirect.com Another possibility is the icemaker fill switch hanging up. This will require replacing the icemaker assembly part number W10122502 or the icemaker module 8201515.

Look on your desktop or in your Misc folders for the downloaded manual.
