I know that it can be very difficult to have the ice maker stop working correctly. The ice maker can be a complicated repair depending on the problem. If the ice maker will make ice but not eject it, it usually means that there is a problem with the thermostat or the heater/mold assembly. In order to know which one is the problem you will need to test them. Below, I have include a parts diagram, the thermostat is key #27, and the heater/mold assembly is key #20. With an ohm/volt meter you should be getting 120 volts of continuity. I would suggest that you have a service technician do this for you. If the problem is the heater/mold assembly, I would recommend replacing the ice maker.

Q:

Can I get a diagram with disassembly & installation instructions for icemaker auger motor?

A:

I'm sending you some pictures with instructions for removing and replacing the auger motor. When you get the front cover off of the dispense, you will see a curtain toward the back of the dispenser housing. Lift the curtain up and you will see the auger motor. Disconnect the motor wire connector from the board and then the screws holding the motor in place. Remove the motor now and insert the new motor back in place. If you need more assistance you can resubmit your question with more details.
