Having an ice dispenser is a great feature but can be frustrating when it stops working. This could be a problem with the auger motor or one of the boards. This is the advanced dispenser and can be difficult to check. I recommend having a technician check this dispenser. I'm listing a link you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . I'm also attaching some pictures with instructions to access this dispenser. A meter that reads both ac and dc voltages will be needed. If you have a meter and feel confident making these voltage checks and would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

Safety Notice: Be sure to disconnect the appliance before performing any troubleshooting procedures. If you are not comfortable with doing any voltage checks or repairs that might be recommended, please contact a local service provider for repairs. Be aware that there could be sharp edges inside the appliance that could cause cuts or other injuries to yourself or others.
