Thank you for your question. To remove the water line, inside the door, first disconnect the power and turn the water supply valve off. Now, disconnect the water connection under the freezer door and be prepared to catch some water that will leak out. Now, remove the dispenser cover (see image) to access the tube. With the cover off you will be able to get to the water fitting. You can also remove the bracket control (# 15 in second image) for more access. Now, the water fitting can be taken loose and the tube will pull up through the door. Reverse the procedure to install the tube back through the door. If the freezer gets excessively cold (below zero) it can cause this type of problem. I hope this will help you.
