It can be a challenge replacing some parts or rebuilding a component that came apart. I'm attaching a picture of how to remove the dispenser cover, which will give you access to the components inside the dispenser. Be sure to disconnect the power first. I'm also sending you some pictures of the chute door hinge and spring. It shows both the original and the redesigned version, so it will cover whichever one you have. I hope this helps you.
