Q:

one side not cooling the freezer side works 10656934600 Kenmore Side by side refrigerator

A:

Hello, glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. We, at Sears, value your service.

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when the refrigerator isn't cooling properly.

Glad to help out.  I’m looking at your Kenmore Refrigerator model number 10656934600.

This type of problem will usually be due to low air flow to the fridge section. A good check will be to feel the air flow out of the air diffuser and then open the freezer door. If the air flow increases, it will indicate a restriction in the return air vent. Usually shutting the unit off for 24 hours to allow it time to thaw out, will correct this problem. If the air flow stays the same, it will indicate a problem with either the board or the damper. A technician will need to make this check. I'm attaching a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: www.homeservices.com.
