A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I will be more than happy to assist you. I can understand any frustration you may have experienced with regards to your unit. Let’s see what we can do for you.

I do understand your concern in getting your refrigerator in working condition, I will be glad to assist you today. What can be happening is this cause is that sometimes the damper stays open too long, allowing too much air in the refrigerator section. Another possibility can be the thermostat running to long. I do recommend resetting the whole unit by unplugging it. Changing the settings will take to cool again, I recommend setting it at the manufacture setting.

Hope this information has helped you. If you are not comfortable doing this repair you can click here to schedule a technician or call toll free 1-800-469-4663. Again, thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com.

Very frustrating experience with Sears Home Services help desk call. They would not guarantee if the technician will come with the mentioned part number. If I am supposed to buy the part myself and have it handy, I can probably look for an installer on craigslist.

Hello Neeraj. I checked the normal Sears Technician Truck Stock. I did not see that part listed. The Sears Technician may have it but it is not likely. If you buy the part yourself, then you can also try visiting this website to arrange for a pre-screened service provider to install it: ServiceLive.com . If you need more help, let us know.
