Thank you for your question. I know it's disappointing when the ice dispenser doesn't work properly. The motor has to reverse to dispense cubes. This type of problem can be caused by a defective auger motor or board. I'm attaching the wiring diagram and also how to access this dispenser. A good check will be on the br/wh and rd/wh wires at the motor. This will be 120 volts dc and the polarity should change on these wires when selecting cube and crushed ice (see third image). If this is not happening, the board # W10184871 will need to be replaced. If it does change, the motor # 2315547 will need to be replaced. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.

I am sending you an image with instructions for removing the ice door and icemaker from your refrigerator.

I suggest you remove the icemaker and defrost and clean it. Install the icemaker in the refrigerator and look at each day for ice accumulation. If you see the ice forming you should be able to see what is causing it.

If you have more questions reply on this thread and I will be glad to help.
