Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
Based upon Kenmore model 106.56543400, I see the water filter being used is a 9030 part number. You can also purchase a 2-pack for a reduced price using part number 9030p.
For convenience, I have attached blue links below for either option. Just click the link to be directed to the SearsPartsDirect.com site to view and purchase whichever option works best.

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I understand how frustrating it can be when the refrigerator doesn't keep cool. Make sure the evaporator fan is running and circulating air into your fresh food section from the freezer. If it's not running, that motor may need to be replaced. Double check the temperature settings in the refrigerator.
I also recommend checking for clogs or frost in the drain tube and testing your refrigerator gasket. I have included instructions below on how to do both.
SAFETY NOTICE: Be sure to disconnect power to the appliance before performing any repairs. If you are not comfortable with doing any voltage checks that might be recommended, please contact your local service provider for repairs. Be aware that there could be sharp edges inside the appliance that could cause cuts or other injuries to yourself or others.

--REFRIGERATOR DRAIN--
1. Unplug your refrigerator and pull it 2 or 3 feet away from the wall. Take all your frozen foods out of the freezer and store them in a cooler while you unclog the drain tube.

2. Find the freezer defrost drain tube on the back of your refrigerator. Models with the freezer on top normally have the drain tube beneath the fruit and vegetable drawers on the back of the appliance and side-by-side models have the tube located at the bottom of the freezer portion. Consult the owner's manual for your refrigerator to be sure.

3. A hairdryer helps remove freezer drain clogs. Melt visible ice on the inside or outside of the tube with a hairdryer set to the "Low" setting. Hold the dryer 12 inches away from the surface until you melt all visible ice. Dry the back surface and drain tube with a clean cloth.

4. Squirt de-clogging and cleanser mixture into the drain tube with a turkey baster. Mix 1/2 cup bleach and 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl. Draw some of the bleach solution into a turkey baster. Squirt the warm bleach mixture into the drain tube to melt away any further clogs and clean the tube at the same time.

5. Empty the drip pan of water removed after unclogging the drain system. Carefully pull the drain pan out from the bottom of the refrigerator and pour the water out. Dry the surface with a clean cloth and replace it beneath the refrigerator.

--REFRIGERATOR GASKET--
1. Test the refrigerator gasket with the power connected, if desired. Open the door and place a piece of paper or dollar in the door gap, between the metal and the rubber gasket lining the inside of the door. Close the door and tug at the paper. Resistance from the door seal indicates no gap or leak in that portion of the door.

2. Repeat the testing procedure all along the perimeter of both the door to the refrigerator and to the freezer. Any areas where the paper easily pulls out from the door have a leak or gap in the gasket.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services
