Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. This type of problem will usually be due to low air flow to the fresh food section. A good check will be to feel the air flow out of the air diffuser (damper) and then open the freezer door. If the air flow increases with the door open, it will indicate a restriction in the return air vent. Usually shutting the unit off for 24 hours to allow it time to thaw out, will correct this problem. If the air flow stays the same, it will indicate a problem with either the main board (8201660) or the damper (2158826). Also, check for ice build up in the freezer because this will indicate a defrost issue. Which will effect your fresh food section cooling properly. You'd need an ohms/volt meter to perform test for your defrost system. You can order parts from our Sears Parts Direct web site. I hope this helps. Q:

How do I remove the refrigerator door handles?

A:

To remove the handles on this model, lift the handle upward (see picture). The handle on this model should not need to be removed to remove the dispenser housing. I'm sending a picture with instructions to remove the dispenser housing. I hope this helps you. If you need more assistance, please resubmit your question, with additional details.
