 From the information you have provided I’m showing that the whole icemaker will need to be replaced. Sounds like the internal motor, and or the motor on the ice maker is bad. Replacing the icemaker should solve your issue. The part number for the complete icemaker is W10190961.

The icemaker in your refrigerator is the standard modular design with an optical shut off to stop production. The 2 links below should help diagnose the problem with your icemaker. The first link is for general modular icemaker troubleshooting and the second is for troubleshooting the optics. If the optics are bad, voltage required to run the icemaker will never be applied.

the red light of the sensor for the icemaker on the side of the freezer is blinking even when the little door on the opsiteside is closed. when looking into the opposite side there is no light . should there be . the ice maker tray is full of fozen ice but will not flip out. is the problem the sensor?
