I'm sorry you are having this problem with your icemaker. You have received some very good information from Jackie. This type of problem will most likely be with either the icemaker thermostat or the mold heater. In either case, the icemaker # W10272870 would need to be replaced. A good check will be to pull the cover off of the icemaker and place a well insulated jumper between the T & H terminals (see picture). Now press and hold the little flapper door in. The icemaker should start into a cycle now and the mold heater should start to heat up. If the icemaker does not cycle, some voltage checks will need to be made. If you have a meter and feel confident that you can safely make these checks, I will be glad to assist you further. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
