Thanks Joseph, I checked this link, and unfortunately that did not help as it is not the case with my ice maker, mine is dumoing the ice in the bin, but some of it is falling out.

Thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the ice not falling in the bucket. There is a high torque icemaker # 2198597 that will usually solve this type of problem. If this is the icemaker that you received, then it could be due to the cube size. If the cubes seem to be too large, there is a water adjustment on this icemaker (see image). I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.

Thanks Scott, this is the exact model that I have... I adjusted it by about 3/4 turn and it helped a lot, I only had about 3 cubes fall through yesterday... then I adjusted it another 1/4 turn, and I only had one cube drop to the bottom today, so this definitely made a difference... The diagram that you sent me stated not to turn it more than one full turn, so I guess this is the most I can do to it in that regard.. but definitely it helped a lot... is there anything else I need to check or do? if not, then I guess I can live with it... Again, many thanks for your assistance.

Basem, I'm glad it helped. Another possibility will be to remove the icemaker cover door. You can also try increasing the water level, so the cubes will form a bridge across the top and stick together, then fall out in one large load and break up when it drops into the bucket. I hope this will help you.

Thanks Scott, only one cube fell out since yesterday, so not bad at all ... I like the idea of removing the door, so I will try that, it will probably take care of the issue completely... Again, thanks for your assistance.

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with your icemaker. If water is sometimes overfilling the icemaker, the most likely problem will be with the valve, especially since the icemaker was just replaced. However, before replacing any parts, first, try adjusting the water fill at the icemaker. I'm attaching a picture with instructions to adjust the water level on this icemaker. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
