Need help with water pooling at bottom of freezer 106.53706202

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member. 

I know how frustrating it is to have issues with the freezer drain tube freezing up.

I would recommend purchasing the defrost drain tube heater probe. This part will prevent the drain tube from consistently freezing up. The part number for the probe is 819043.

One side of the heat probe attaches to the element and the other end fits in the drain hole. There should be instructions included with this part. Be sure to disconnect power to the unit, before installing this part. For convenience, I have linked the part below.
