Question and Answers

Q:

Ice will not fall 10652574201 Kenmore Side-by-side refrigerator

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be more than happy to help with your refrigerator. Upon researching model10652574201; it could be the icemaker needs to be replaced. The mold heats up a little then it uses the motor to turn the arms and dump the ice. There is also the arm to shut the ice maker off. It could have failed in the off position. It could be the motor, heater, thermostat, or the arm. It is always best to replace the entire ice maker due to the number of parts that work together. I posted a link to the icemaker.

Thank you for choosing Sears. Have a great day.

Thank you for your question.

I have pulled up the wiring diagram for the compressor. I have provided you with a copy below. The red wire connects to the over load. The white wire connects to the right hand side of the relay. If you have a capacitor on your compressor, one blue wire connects to the right hand side of the relay and the other blue wire connects to the left hand side of the relay. I have added an image showing the wire placement on the relay. I hope this is helpful.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.
