Question and Answers

Q:

ice buid-up clogs ice dispenser frequently, how do I fix this? 106.52569100

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your refrigerator. Upon researching model 106.52569100; check the icemaker for dripping water or icicle starting to form. Check for any frost build up near gasket where air can leak in from. The dispenser flap could cause ice to chunk if it’s not closing. I recommend the spring as well as the ice door.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Q:

Can cooling/freezing issues be fixed at home? 10652569100 Kenmore Side-by-side refrigerator

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your refrigerator. Upon researching model 110.66912690; the cooling system does take coolant. You could diagnose it and depending upon the part you could replace the part. Some parts are better left to technicians. Can you hear the fans running, is there heat coming from the freezer, can you hear the compressor running. If you can prove more details we can narrow down the issue.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.
