Thank you for your question. I know it's disappointing when the water dispenser stops working. The information you have received from Aashe is very good. Do you hear the clicking sound when the lever is pressed? Now, if you can hear a humming sound from the back of the unit, when the dispenser lever is pressed, it indicates the water valve is getting energized but is apparently not opening. Usually in this case, the water valve # 4389178 will need to be replaced. The water valve is available at SearsPartsDirect . However, as stated in the information you have received, it could also be a frozen reservoir or the water line in the door but it's not very likely. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
