Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the icemaker stops working. If water is spraying out of the fill cup when the icemaker is filling, it would lead to a possible crack or obstruction in the fill tube. First, check the black fill tube in the ceiling for an obstruction. Try squeezing it, to see if there is maybe some ice in the tube. You can also apply some heat to the tube with a hair dryer but be very careful not to get it too hot. If there is nothing inside the tube, this would then lead to a crack in the tube. In this case, the complete tube # 2256096 would need to be replaced. This can be a difficult tube to replace and I would recommend having a technician make this repair. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website, Sears Home Services. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.

Thank you for your question. It appears you have done a very nice job checking the air vents. Now, if the baffle in the air diffuser is not opening, it could be caused by the thermostat or the baffle linkage may be damaged. The most likely problem will be with the baffle linkage. There is an updated baffle assembly # 2209751 for this type of problem. It's available at SearsPartsDirect . The thermostat that does not have the off position, will be the control for the air diffuser. It could be causing this problem but it's not as likely. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.

Troy, if your fridge is the same model as the one listed above and there is no voltage to the air baffle, it would lead to a failed thermostat. This would be the fridge section thermostat # 2203251, which controls the opening and closing of the air baffle. I hope this will help you.

Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the water dispenser and icemaker stop working. When both of these features stop working, the most likely reason will be the water valve. I good check will be to activate the water dispenser and if you hear a humming sound from the back of the cabinet, it indicates the valve is being energized but is not opening. In this case the valve # W10408179 will need to be replaced. It's available at http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/W10408179/0046/106?pathTaken=directMatch&filterPart=&pop=flush&prst=0&shdPart=W10408179&sid=MMLxexpertxmerch . I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
