Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the lights not working. The 2 most likely problems will be with either the light switch or the control board. A good check will be to disconnect the power and now pry the door switch out with a small screwdriver. With the switch out, now connect the 2 wires together and make sure they do not touch anything. Now, reconnect the power and if the lights work, the switch # 1118894 will need to be replaced. If the lights still won't work the board # W10209635 will probably need to be replaced. First, disconnect the power and then disconnect the wire harness connections on P3 and P4 and then reconnect them. This will help eliminate any corrosive build up that may have been on the terminals preventing a good connection. If the lights still won't work, the board will need to be replaced.
