Connection Diagram 106173441 Craftsman Sears twin cylinder tank type air compressors

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. I looked up the model number you submitted. I tried to find the motor information but I did not have any luck. I cannot tell if this motor is set up for dual voltage. Usually if they will run on either 120 or 240 volts, it will have a diagram showing how to connect it. I recommend looking for a decal on the motor that shows how it should be wired. If it does not have a label, please let me know what it does say on the motor. Once I have that information I should be able to match it up.

I hope to hear from you.

Thank you for your question on changing the oil in the compressor.

You can use compressor oil or straight weight 30 sae oil depending on how cold it will get in the compressors location.

There should be two oil plugs on the side bottom of the crankcase of the compressor.

One of the pipe filler and drain plugs should screw in vertically and one screws in horizontal. The horizontal plug is for draining the crankcase and the vertical plug is for filling with oil. Then you will fill through the vertical plug hole to the top thread for a full crankcase and install the screw plug. I am not sure how much but I would start with a quart or until the oil gets to the top thread on the filler hole.

Air compressor oil .

I hope this will help with changing the oil on the compressor.
