Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. I have looked up the model number you have submitted. Due to the age of the sand blaster, we do not have a very good image of the parts. I do see a setscrew near the trigger but due to the image quality I cannot tell where it goes. If you are having difficulties taking the trigger apart, please post an image of both sides of the gun. I might be able to tell how it comes apart.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Thank you for your question on the air coming out the trigger area.

It sounds like the o-rings in the valve core have aged out and will need to be replaced.

I would suggest removing the packing nut on the trigger core and replace the o-ring/s, and any packing material that seals the trigger valve.

You should be able to get the o-rings locally but I will give you a part number for an o-ring 8 pak.

O-ring parts pack .

Please let me know what you find when you take if apart.

Thank you for the update on the sand blaster. I am sorry that the image is so bad but I do not have any other pictures than what is in the parts system. It is very old and the images were copied off old microfiche information. Some of the parts for this old sand blaster are no longer available. I can not see the picture any better, and I have not seen one of these in person so I am sorry I cannot tell you where the set screw goes on this model but if you take it apart you should be able to get packing and o-rings locally to keep it from leaking. These are the o-ring parts and the valve core for the trigger. 106168010 O RING 106168010 VALVE CORE . I hope this will help. Sam A.
