sears owners manul for an air compressor . model $ 106152341

Owner's manuals are great to have especially when it comes to troubleshooting. While you are waiting on an expert to answer your question, I was searching the Model number you have provided and it seems to be incorrect. A suggestion I have is to look over model number and add it to this thread. Hope this helps!

it's not an incorrect model #. I just went and read it again . it says : craftsman model # 106.152341 sears roebuck company. 10/63 lol.......... no wonder I'll never find an owners manual at that age. maybe I should try to sell it as an antique.......... :-)

Thank you for your question. I have checked for a copy of the manual. I am sorry the manual is no longer available. I show this to be an early to mid eighties model. I recommend that you call our Manage My Home Member Services Team at 1-800-803-6775, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Central Time. They will be more than happy to help you track down the manual if it is available.

I will be able to help you with changing the oil. The compressor uses SAE30 motor oil. If you feel this has had a lot of wear you might want to use a heavier weight. I recommend running the air compressor to warm the oil then turn t off and remove both plugs. I have marked the plugs in the image below. The one marked in blue is the drain and the one in red is the fill plug. Once all of the oil is drained, reinstall drain plug and fill with oil. The oil level should be up to the fill hole. Once full, reinstall the fill pug.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.
