The answer Barbara H sent has the instructions for diagnosing a F0 error.

Try disconnecting the power to the range for 1-2 seconds and reconnecting. This will cause the electronic control to reset itself and will sometimes cure the problem.

Your oven can have a white or a black control panel. The part number for the white control panel is WB36T10483, and the price is $273.49. The black control panel is part number WB36T10485, and the price is $259.49. The part number for the clock is WB27T10282, and the price is $304.99.

If one of these parts has failed, I suggest you should shop for a replacement oven. You can compare features and prices at Sears.com

A:

The F7 error code indicates the touchpad or the clock has failed. Try disconnecting power from the oven for 30 seconds. If the clock is just confused it will reset it self.

If the F7 reappears within 30 minutes after you restore power, either the clock or the touchpad has failed.

The touchpad on your oven is the control panel across the top of the oven. If you disconnect the power to the oven and remove the upper panel you will see it has a ribbon that connects it to the clock. Disconnect the ribbon and restore the power to the oven. If the F7 reappears within 30 seconds the clock is bad. If F7 does not reappear the touchpad (control panel) is bad.

The part number for the control panel is WB36T10483 and the price is $273.49. The part number for the clock is WB27T10282 and the price is $304.99.

There is a possibility the control panel is no longer available for ordering. I recommend you consider replacing the oven instead of spending this much money for repair. You can go to www.sears.com and compare features and prices of new ovens. You can also see the dimensions of ovens to find one that will fit your current opening.

The fault code of F0 indicates a keypad problem, (stuck or shorted button) it would need the control panel replaced.

  • WB36T10484 (BISQUE)
  • WB36T10485 (BLACK)
