Q:

I HAVE AN OLD HOMELITE CHAINSAW MODEL UT 10403A. MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE OIL TO GAS RATIO ON THIS MODEL?

A:

I completely understand your need for the oil to gas ratio for your chainsaw. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I did some research on the unit. At this time, I was unable to locate information that would be helpful in regards to your question. Some of these questions that are asked will need specific research and will be answered by an expert with-in two business days but usually sooner.

I can understand how important it is to have the right information for your chainsaw. The recommended oil to gas mixture is 40:1 2 cycle air cooled oil to 1 gallon of gas. Most of the chain saws made in the last 30 years have a 40:1 ratio unless otherwise stated on the fuel cap or owners manual. I hope this helps.
