The model number is 790.92403012. Looking at other posts, The element tested out good for continuity. Upon checking the wiring behind the oven, noticed that the circuit board and connector has burnt areas specifically around the yellow wire which runs to my baking element (where my problem exists). This control board has already been replaced by a Sear technicians and now has another issue. Here is two images of the damage. This would be the second time this control board has been replaced not even within 2 years!Very disappointed by sears approach and customer service to repair this issue! Both the wire and wire connection are completely fried! Was told by a sears technician a week ago that some parts have warranty over the 1 year manufactures depending on what item is damaged. Is this one of those items and what steps do I need to go through to get this issue taken care of?!

This appears to be a duplicate question regarding the oven in your range model 103.9946790. According to the technical information that I have on this range, it has microwave components in the oven. I recommend that you have a service technician diagnose and repair this oven heating failure. Microwaves contain high-voltage components that can retain a lethal electrical charge of up to 2200 VAC -- even when the microwave is unplugged. Repairs and adjustments, even minor ones such as replacing the oven element, can cause microwave leakage. A microwave shielding leakage test should be performed after any microwave service. It is for these safety reasons that we are unable to guide you in microwave repairs and instead recommend scheduling service with a qualified service technician. You can schedule service online with Sears Home Services or by calling 1-800-4-MY-HOME. We thank you for your understanding in this matter and hope we can help you with other questions and repairs in the future.
