I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your range. First remove the screws on the top of the frame and remove it. Then remove all of the knobs from the glass cover, including the knob for the clock. Once you have done this, then lift the glass away from the panel. This will give you access to he clock motor and the rest of the screws for the panel. Once you have remove these you can then move the mounting plate out of the way. From here you can test or replace the switches for the surface burner. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

In this instance the last screw for the control panel is located behind the clock. I can't figure out how to remove the clock to access the screw.

I did not see anything holding the clock in place. Check to see is the clock needs to be lifted out of the section. Sometimes your need to push up on the part and pull out to remove it. If this does not work and you are not seeing any clips or screws, then you will need a technician to remove it. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
