I see those circuit breakers listed on the parts diagram but I do not see them on the wiring diagram that I found for that range. The wiring diagram is shown in the image below. It is on microfiche since this is an older range. Since those circuit breakers are not shown in that oven circuit, they may not be causing your heating failure.

Check to see if the cook top elements heat. If they do not heat, then I recommend that you check the house circuit breakers or house fuses for the range. A problem with the voltage supply could be causing this heating failure in that situation.

If the cook top element heat, then the voltage supply to the range is apparently okay. You could have a problem with the oven thermostat or the selector switch that would prevent the oven elements from heating. I highlighted the circuit through the oven elements on the wiring diagram below. This information may help you diagnose this failure. If you find a circuit breaker in that oven circuit, then resetting the breaker or replacing that component may fix your problem. Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breaker for the range to completely disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components .
