I can see two possible causes of this problem. The first and most likely from the description you give is the control. The other potential problem would be the turbidity sensor.

I thought it was the turbidity sensor till you said it ran though the Sani Cycle without stopping. Of all the cycles I would expect the Sani wash to stall for water heat.

The WD21X10381 control is about $96 dollars while the sensor WD21X10272 cost about $18 dollars at the following site: Sears PartsDirect .

If you have a meter and feel comfortable using it then check the circuits of the sensor. The image below will help you with this.

Make sure the connections are tight at the control. From the control you can ohm out the sensors circuit. Check yellow/black to blue. If the circuit is open then replace the sensor. If the sensor is okay then you'll need to replace the control.
