Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

Here is a description of that screw: 10-24 X 9/16 PAN HD (TORQUE 15-25 IN. LBS.). One of the answers that I see regarding this screw indicates that you can use a 1/8" Allen wrench with a long shaft. You should also be able to use a Torx head screw driver. The manufacturer may have used a T-15 or T-20 head on that screw.
