You can order that replacement carafe from the Sears PartsDirect website. The part number for that carafe is 6320-0142BLA. Here is a direct link for that part: Carafe . It costs $12.99 (not including tax, shipping and handling).

Thank you for your question on the coffee maker beeping 5 times but not brewing coffee.

Unplug the unit from the wall for about ten minutes and see if that will reset the micro-processor in the control.

If that does not fix the problem and you are programming or just setting it to manually brew coffee and it will not work then it will need to be replaced with a new coffee maker if it is older than the two year warranty for this model. If it under two years you can take it to your local Sears store and it will be an over the counter replacement.

These coffee makers are not repairable or sent to any repair station.

Q:

How do I get my Kenmore automatic coffee maker to restart before changing the filter?

A:

If the coffee maker was already cool and won't start or heat water when the brew button is pushed, the coffee maker has likely failed. If the coffee maker had just finished making a pot of coffee, it will need to cool down before it will operate.
