Cant get a receipt?
I am part of a business. When we purchase something we have to provide accounting a receipt or invoice. There was no packing slip in the box. All Sears could give me was a webpage to print. It looks bad when you print it out. I was on chat trying to get a pdf. In the end, I returned the part because of this. How hard is it to provide an invoice or something? My other suppliers must be light years ahead of Sears...

Easy to install.
I had used up all of the old supply I had of this - the first line out of the new supply lasted longer than the old ones I had used up, probably due to pliability the old ones were now lacking.
